“ Had an amazing experience here! Bailey took care of me and was so patient while I struggled with ordering my drink. Can not wait to come visit again. ”
“ This morning, I was really craving a coffee with expresso because I didnt have a great night of sleep. As I walked up to the Starbucks, there were signs that were advertising new fall drinks so I was persuaded to get an iced grande pumpkin caramel chai with oat milk and espresso. I was able to ask Bailey questions and she was patient and answered them politely. She asked me questions to clarify my nondairy choices. She made me feel heard. I looked at the rest of the team Sabrina, Tamara, Bri, and Brooke including Bailey and they were carefully, yet swiftly, working as a team to take care of customer orders through the drive through and a few customers in person. I was very impressed so I complimented them and asked how I could give them a shoutout. The environment in the coffee shop is very friendly and welcoming, and the its immaculately decorated without too much overstimulation because some Starbucks have pictures and writing on each wall. One wall simply says, Be good to each other. I love that. The croissant was heated up and very good, and the chai was also delicious! Definitely recommend! Overall, I would give this coffee shop a 1010 if that was an option. ”
